I used Essie's Chinchilly & Sew Psyched and Sally Hansen's Celeb City.
I love this look, but it took me forever to finish. I couldn't get the hang of where to put the tape.
Chinchilly & Sew Psyched retail for $7.79 and can be found at Target, Walgreen's, CVS, etc.
Celeb City retails for $2.49 and can be found at Target, Walgreens, Rite-Aid, etc.
